Aryabhatt College Of Management & Technology is located at the 13th Km Stone on the Baghpat-Meerut Road. We’re out in the Baghpat district of Uttar Pradesh, right at the 250601 pin code. Being on the main road between Baghpat and Meerut means we get a lot of people passing by our front gate. The college building stands out a bit from the surrounding green fields. It’s a solid structure that houses our classrooms and offices. We spend our days coordinating between the different departments. It’s not a high-pressure corporate office; it feels more like a local workplace where everyone knows each other’s names and families. We have to deal with the dust from the road and the heat in the summer, which is just part of living in this area. The staff room is usually where most of the planning happens over cups of tea. We don’t have a fancy PR team writing our stuff for us. We’re just the people who show up every morning to open the gates and make sure the college is ready for the day. Students arrive by bus or bike, and the parking area gets pretty crowded on Monday mornings. Sometimes we have to fix the generator when the power cuts out, which happens now and then. It’s a straightforward place with no hidden agendas. We just provide the space and the staff to keep the education going for the local community here in Uttar Pradesh.
