We've been working out of A To Z Colony in Modipuram for a while now. Brickenn Design Consultants is just a small team of us sitting across from the Agricultural University. Most days it’s just about getting the drawings right and making sure the bypass traffic isn't too loud. We handle design stuff for people around Meerut. It’s not fancy, but we know the local rules and how people here like their homes built. Sometimes people just walk in because they saw our sign near the bypass. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. It’s a lot of back and forth, really. Building something is never as easy as it looks on paper. We try to keep things simple. If you're coming from the city, just head towards the bypass. It’s a quiet spot most of the time. We’ve seen the area grow quite a bit since we started. There are more houses now and more people asking for modern layouts. We just take it one project at a time. It's nice to see a building go up and know we had a hand in the planning. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just solid work for the neighbors. Sometimes the tea stall nearby is where the real meetings happen anyway. It's just how business goes here in Meerut. We like the pace. It keeps us busy without being too stressful. You get to know the families you're building for.
