Architect Varun Bansal

Varun’s office is over on the first floor, B-208, right on the main road in Major Dhyanchand Nagar. We are on Delhi Road, not too far from the Shopprix Mall, which is where everyone goes on the weekends. It is a good spot in Meerut, easy to get to from the main highway. The office isn't anything spectacular to look at. It is just a workspace with some desks, a few good computers, and a lot of sketches pinned to the walls. Varun is usually here most of the day, either on the phone or working on a new design. We do not put on any airs or pretend to be more than we are. We are just an architecture firm that helps people get their buildings off the ground. We get all sorts of visitors, from people wanting to build a small shed to those planning a whole new house. We talk to everyone the same way. We explain things in plain English and try to avoid the complicated technical talk unless it is really necessary. The traffic on Delhi Road can be loud, but we have got a good rhythm going here. We spend a lot of time visiting sites to make sure the builders are following the plans. It is a lot of driving around and checking details. We are not looking to be the biggest name out there, just to do honest work that lasts. If you are near the mall, you cannot miss us.
