A D Architects

We’ve been running A D Architects out of Shop No. 22 on the ground floor of S2S Square Mall for a while now. Most people know the spot because it’s right on Garh Road and quite close to the Sohrab Gate Bus Stand, which makes it easy for folks to drop by when they’re in town. It isn't some huge office, but it's where we get all our drawing and planning done. Meerut is a busy place, and being right here in the mall means there’s always something going on outside our door. We mostly spend our days looking at floor plans or talking to people about their house ideas. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and sometimes going out to see how things are coming along at different sites around the city. We aren’t a big corporate firm with a lot of fancy talk. We just focus on the work that needs doing. Usually, you’ll find one of us here most days of the week. The mall is a convenient location because clients can park easily, and we can grab a tea nearby while discussing a project. If you're coming from the bus stand, it’s just a short walk over. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. It’s a straightforward setup here. We handle the blueprints and the technical stuff that comes with building. It’s basically just us and our tools in this shop. We're on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to climb, which is nice.
