Maity Agro-Vet Development Private Limited is located over at Rabindra Nagar, specifically at 1/40. This is in the Paschim Medinipur area, which is a place we know very well. It’s not a huge operation with hundreds of employees, but we stay busy enough. The office is just a regular place where we keep our records and meet people. In Rabindra Nagar, everybody kind of knows everyone else, so we don't feel the need to be formal. We deal with agro-vet development, which basically means we are helping out with farming and livestock needs in the district. It’s a lot of practical work and not much sitting around. The Midnapore region has its own rhythm, and we try to stick to it. We aren't here to make big promises or use marketing tricks. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that’s just part of the deal. The building at 1/40 is easy enough to find if you are in the neighborhood. We have been part of the Paschim Medinipur community for a while now. It’s a good place to be, surrounded by people who understand the value of hard work. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have our daily tasks and the people who rely on us. It’s a modest way to run a business, but it suits us just fine.
