Out here in Medak, things move a bit slower than in the city. Srirajipet Farmer Producer Company Limited is based at H. No. 3-76 in Karaipally village. It’s a small place, and most of the people around here have known each other for years. If you are looking for the 502113 area, you will find us right in the middle of it. We don’t have a receptionist or any of that. Usually, you just walk up and find someone working on the ledgers or talking about the latest seed prices. The village of Karaipally is where we spend most of our time. It’s a practical setup. We needed a place for the farmers to organize, so this house became the spot. You can see the fields not too far from the front step. The air is a lot cleaner here than in Hyderabad. Sometimes the cows wander past the door during the day. It's about the harvest and making sure the records are right. If the power goes out, we just sit outside in the shade for a bit until it comes back.
