Sribalarammithra Farmers Producer Company Limited

We’ve been set up here at Hno 6-115 in Vailpur for a bit now. Most of us are just local folks from around the village who decided to get together under the name Sribalarammithra Farmers Producer Company Limited. It’s mostly about managing what we grow and making sure the crops get where they need to go without too much fuss. Some days it’s quiet, just keeping track of the seeds and the tools, and other days it’s a bit of a scramble when the harvest comes in. We didn’t really have a big plan at first, just wanted a way to work together so everyone gets a fair shake. The office is just a regular place, nothing fancy, where we sit down and talk about the rains or the prices we’re seeing at the market. It gets dusty, and the paperwork can be a headache, but that’s just how it is. Being in Vailpur means we’re right in the middle of the fields we work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us trying to make the farming life a little more organized. Sometimes the power goes out, or the roads get muddy after a heavy downpour, but we keep the doors open. If you’re passing by the 6-115 house, you’ll probably see a few of us sitting out front or checking the bags. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know and what we do every day.
