About Mayur Stones – Building & Construction Material in Medak
Mayur Stones is out here at Sy. No. 296/7 Ida. If you know the industrial area, you know it can get pretty dusty and noisy with all the work going on around us. We have a good amount of space for the slabs we keep in stock. Most of the day is spent moving heavy things around with the crane or checking the measurements on the pieces we have out in the yard. It is not the kind of place where you want to wear nice clothes because of all the stone dust that flies around when we are working. We deal with a lot of different people, from contractors to homeowners who just want to see the colors in person. The sun gets pretty hot out here in the open, so we usually take a long break in the middle of the day. There is a small cabin where we do the paperwork and drink tea while we wait for the next customer. It’s mostly just us and the workers out here. We don't have a fancy showroom, just the stones sitting out where you can see them clearly. Sometimes the trucks get delayed and we have to wait around late into the evening for the delivery to arrive. It is hard work on the back and the hands, but that is just how the stone business goes. We stay busy enough to keep the yard full most of the time. We also have to watch the weather because rain makes the yard a bit of a muddy mess.
