Addison Industries

Addison Industries is located out in Patancheru, specifically at Plot No.259 in Phase-III of the Pashamylaram Industrial Park. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but it’s where all the real work happens for us. The industrial park is huge, and our plot is just one of many, but we’ve made it our own over the years. The sounds of the machines are the constant background music here, and you get used to it pretty fast. We have a crew of local workers and some folks who travel a long way to get here every morning. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone in fancy suits walking around the office. Most of us are in work clothes, dealing with the day's tasks as they come. The sun can be pretty brutal out here in Pashamylaram, so the shade of the workshop is always welcome during the summer months. We focus on the practical side of manufacturing, making sure the specs are met and nothing leaves the floor until it's ready. There are always challenges, like a machine acting up or a delay in raw materials, but that’s just part of the regular routine. We like the quiet focus we can have out here away from the city noise and traffic. It’s a place built on repetition and getting the details right every single time. We’ve been here long enough to know the security guards at the gate and the guys at the tea stall by their first names. It’s just how we operate.
