Eta Engineering Pvt Ltd is based over at H.No. 801 in Bhel Lig, which is in the Ramachandrapuram area of Hyderabad. It’s a part of town that’s seen a lot of change over the years. We’ve stayed pretty much the same though, just focusing on our engineering work. We don't have any big slogans or missions. We just wake up, come to the office, and see what needs to be finished. The space is filled with tools and blueprints, and it definitely feels like a working office, not a showroom. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the activity, but that’s part of the job. Hyderabad is a big city but the Ramachandrapuram community feels more local to us. We know the people around here. Our team is small, so everybody does a bit of everything. There isn't a lot of hierarchy or fancy titles. We just use our hands and our brains to solve whatever technical issues are on the table. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes it’s just looking at numbers and measurements for hours. We don’t try to sound more important than we are. We're just an engineering firm that’s been around for a while, doing the work that needs doing in our little corner of the city. If things break, we fix them. If things need building, we build them. That’s the long and short of it. This is our daily life.
