Rajan College is located in Kopaganj, which is in the Mau district. It’s a straightforward place for local students who are looking to continue their studies after finishing school. The building itself is a bit older, with wide corridors and high ceilings that stay relatively cool even when the sun is beating down on the plains. We don't have a huge campus with gardens and stuff; it’s mostly just the academic blocks and a bit of space in the middle. Most of our students come from the nearby villages and towns, often taking the bus or riding their bikes into Kopaganj. It’s a quiet town for the most part, except for market days. Inside the college, things are pretty basic. The labs have the necessary equipment, though some of it has been there for years. We spend a lot of our time dealing with admission forms and exam schedules. It’s a lot of paperwork, honestly. The library is a quiet corner where students go to hide away and study, though it gets a bit stuffy in the summer. We don't have any fancy marketing or glossy brochures. People just know us because we’ve been here in Mau for a while. The professors are local people too, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. It’s just a regular college where people come to get their degrees and move on to whatever is next in their lives. We try to keep things running as smoothly as we can.
