It's a quiet place for the local girls to come and get their degrees. Mostly, we just keep the doors open and make sure the classrooms are ready every morning. People around here know where we are. It’s not a fancy building, but it does the job for the students coming from nearby villages. We deal with the usual stuff like paperwork and keeping the electricity running when it decides to act up. Sometimes the rains make the roads a bit muddy, but the girls still show up anyway. It is mostly about giving them a space to read and learn without too much fuss. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. The college is part of the landscape here now. You'll see the students walking in from the main Ghazipur road early in the day. We try to keep things simple and focus on the daily routine. There’s always someone at the gate if a parent needs to ask something about admissions or exams. It’s a local spot, nothing more, nothing less. We just handle the day-to-day operations and hope the students get what they need from their time here. It's busy during exam season, otherwise, it's just the normal hum of a school day. We hope to stay here for many more years.
