Our place is situated in Thana-Mant, which is part of the Mathura district. It is a bit of a different pace out here compared to the big cities. We have been working in the pizza business for quite some time. It is not a very complicated thing, but it does take a lot of work to keep everything running right. We spend our days making sure the ingredients are fresh and that the kitchen is clean. We don't have a big team or a corporate structure. It is just us and our local staff. Many of the people who work here live just a few minutes away in the village. We don't really go for fancy advertising or anything like that. People know where we are in Thana-Mant and they come by when they want something to eat. Sometimes the supplies don't arrive on time because of the roads, so we have to adjust. It is a very local way of doing things. We have seen the seasons change many times in this part of India. We just keep doing what we do, making the food and serving the folks who stop by. There is no big secret to it. We just try to be useful and keep our small business going. It is honest work and we are happy to be a part of this community in Mathura. We just take it one pizza at a time.
