Nitin Kunj Public School

We've been here on Vrindavan Road for quite a while now. Most folks in Mant know the building. It's just a regular place where local kids come to study and spend their day. We started Nitin Kunj Public School because the area needed a school close by so parents wouldn't have to send their children too far into Mathura city every morning. The traffic on the main road can get pretty busy, but once you step inside the gates, it’s mostly just the sound of teachers talking and desks moving around. We don't have fancy marble floors or anything like that. It is just brick and mortar, some old trees for shade, and classrooms that get plenty of sunlight during the winter months. We spend a lot of time just making sure the kids show up on time and have their books ready. Sometimes the power goes out, or the dust from the road blows in, but we just deal with it. It’s a neighborhood spot, really. Teachers here live nearby too, so everyone knows everyone else’s family. We aren't trying to be the biggest school in the state or anything. We just keep the doors open and try to get through the syllabus before the exams start. It's a lot of paperwork and managing the daily schedule, but that is how it goes when you run a school in a place like this. We are just here doing our job every day.
