Murari Kunj Saraswati Vidhya Mandir

Our school, Murari Kunj Saraswati Vidhya Mandir, is located on Mathura Road in Gowardhan. Being here in Mathura feels special because of the surroundings, but our day-to-day life is mostly about the work we do with the students. It’s a simple setup where we focus on the basics. We have classrooms that are always full of life, and a staff that has been together for a long time. We aren’t a big, polished corporation; we are more like a local family. The kids come from all over the Gowardhan area, and we know most of their parents quite well. We spend our time going through the lessons and making sure the children understand what’s being taught. The playground gets pretty busy during recess, which is always the loudest part of the day. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing slogans. We just show up every morning and do our jobs. The building is functional and we try to keep it in good shape for the kids. Living and working in Mathura means we are part of a tight-knit community, and we take that seriously. We just want to provide a decent place for education without any extra fuss. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we take it one day at a time. We’re just regular people trying to help the next generation learn what they need to know. It can be hard work, but we are used to it by now.
