This company was started by a few of us who have been farming these lands for years. We realized that if we joined up, we could handle things better. We aren't some big business from outside. We are local people from the village. Our office is just a simple place where we keep our tools and books. We don't use a lot of fancy words or have big meetings in hotels. We just sit together in the village and talk. It’s about getting the work done. Sometimes we have to travel to Mathura city for work, but we prefer being here in Nagla Thok. The land here is good if you treat it right. We help each other with getting seeds and selling what we grow. It’s a lot of coordination. Some days it feels like we are just chasing our tails, but we manage to stay afloat. We don't have a PR person. If you want to know about us, you just come and talk to us. We’ll tell you how it is. We’ve had some tough times with the rain lately, but that’s farming. We just keep going. It’s what we know how to do. We are proud of being from Chhata and working together.
