It’s quiet and we can get things done without the noise of a big city center. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people doing our best with the tasks at hand. Most of our days are spent right here in Kodur. We know the neighbors and the local shops. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use much of that polished business talk you hear elsewhere. We just speak plainly about what’s happening. If there is a problem, we fix it. If there is work to do, we do it. It’s not more complicated than that. Being in Malappuram gives us a good connection to the local community. We don't have any big mission statements or goals written on the walls. We just want to finish our work so we can enjoy the evening. It’s a simple life at Kochan House, and we are quite content with how things are going. We just keep our heads down and work hard on whatever comes through the door.
