D Max Architectural Studio

D Max Architectural Studio is located over on Kottakkal Road. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Juma Masjid in Vadakkemanna. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows the Masjid, so we just tell people to look for it. The 676505 area is where we do all our studio work. The office is a place where we sit and figure out how buildings are going to come together. We have pencils, rulers, and a lot of software programs running on the machines. It’s not a very formal environment at all. You might hear the sounds from the road or the call to prayer from across the street while we work. We like being in Vadakkemanna because it feels like a real neighborhood with regular people. Our work at the studio is pretty hands-on. We spend a lot of time talking about walls, roofs, and where the windows should go. There’s no fancy jargon used here. We just speak plain English and try to understand what people need for their projects. Sometimes the office is quiet when everyone is out at a site, and other times it’s quite loud with everyone talking at once. We don't have a polished corporate image. We just have our names on the door and our work on the desks. It’s a simple setup on Kottakkal Road, and we’ve been here long enough that people just know us as the local guys who do the architectural drawings.
