Saab Architectural Studio

Saab Architectural Studio is located in the Hera Villa Building over in Varancode. It is in the Downhill area of Malappuram, near Islahiya School. Most of us here grew up in this part of town, so we know the streets and the people pretty well. We do architecture, which mostly means we spend our days making plans for houses and shops. Being near the school means it gets quite lively around here in the mornings and afternoons. Our office is a simple space where we keep our drawings and samples. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; you just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. We started this studio because we wanted to work on local projects in our own community. The Hera Villa Building is easy to find if you know the Downhill area. We deal with the usual stuff like site visits, talking to workers, and making sure the drawings actually work on the ground. Sometimes things go slow, and sometimes it is a rush, but we just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do work for the people who live around here. It's a quiet office most of the time, except when we have a big deadline. We like what we do and we plan on staying here for a long time.
