Owners Relationship Dept

This is the Owners Relationship Dept based down in Mangalore. It is a humid place but being near the coast is nice most of the year. Our department handles the relationships between the owners and the people we deal with daily. It's mostly answering phones and writing back to letters or messages. We don't have a giant office building. It’s a fairly modest setup here in Karnataka. There’s a few of us sitting in a room with some old desks and chairs that have seen better days. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up when it gets busy during the season. There is a small window that looks out towards the street. You can see the rain coming in during the monsoon season. We don't have a lot of fancy software. Mostly we just use what we have and talk to people directly to solve problems. It’s about making sure everyone is on the same page. We aren't trying to be a huge corporation. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the owners are satisfied with how things are moving. The coffee around here is good, which helps during the long afternoons. We've been in Mangalore for a while now and know the pace of the city. It’s a bit slower than the big metros like Bangalore, which suits us just fine. We just take it one day at a time and do our best with what we have.
