Alphaues Hr

The story of Alphaues Hr started right here at Mahaganapathy House in Amblamogaru Post. It’s a place called Ravikiran Udupa’s house, and it's located in Mangalore, Karnataka. We aren't in a big business park or a downtown office building. Instead, we work from this house where things are a bit more relaxed and quiet. Mangalore has a different pace than the big cities, and we like that. Being in HR, we talk to a lot of people every day, but we do it from our desks here. You can see the trees outside and sometimes hear the rain during the monsoon season. It’s a very local way of doing things. We handle various human resources tasks and help out where we can. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure everything is handled properly. We don’t have big signs outside or anything fancy. People usually find us through word of mouth or by coming to the address. It’s honest work and we take it seriously, even if our office is just a part of a house. The neighborhood is friendly, and we’ve been here for a while now. We don't feel the need to move to a bigger place because this works just fine for what we do. It’s a simple setup at Alphaues Hr, and that’s exactly how we like it. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day.
