We are located in V.P.O Talyahar, which is in the Sadar tehsil of Mandi district. It’s a local spot where everyone kind of knows each other. We do tech liaisoning, which basically means we help bridge the gap between different technical needs and services. Our office is pretty modest, just like the rest of the village area. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. It’s just us doing our daily rounds and keeping track of our clients. Living and working in Mandi is peaceful compared to the big cities. We started this because we saw a need for these kinds of services right here in our own community. Most days are fairly routine. We check our emails, make some calls, and try to sort out whatever technical issues have popped up. Sometimes we have to travel a bit around the district to meet people or look at setups. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We like being part of the local economy here. You won't find us in a high-rise building; we're just part of the neighborhood in Talyahar. We take pride in just being reliable and showing up when we’re supposed to. There’s no secret to what we do, just hard work and staying connected to the people around us. It’s a quiet life but the work is interesting enough to keep us going. We just do our bit every single day.
