We are tucked away in Vpo Chauntra, which is part of the Joginder Nagar tehsil. It is a bit different from being in a big city, but we like the pace here. We do IT solutions, which sounds a bit fancy, but mostly it is just helping people with their computer and internet problems. We have been set up in Chauntra for some time now. People from all over the tehsil come to us when their tech starts acting up. It is a small team of us here. We spend a lot of time hunched over keyboards and looking at code or hardware. Sometimes the internet connection in the village can be a bit temperamental, so we have to deal with that too. We are not some big tech giant with a glass building. We are just a local company in Joginder Nagar. We try to explain things simply because not everyone knows the technical side of things. We have had days where we have worked through the night to meet a deadline, and other days where it is quiet enough to enjoy the mountain air. It is a good place to be. We do not have a polished sales pitch. We just take on whatever work comes our way and try to do a decent job with it. It is about solving problems and keeping things running for the people around here. That is pretty much our daily life at the office. We usually have some tea around four and talk.
