We’ve been running Netpro Solutions out of Shop No. 9 in Sunder Nagar for a while now. If you know the Sadar 10 Block area, you probably know how busy it gets around Sadar Mandi. It is just one of those local spots where people come when their computers start acting up or they need a specific part that’s hard to find elsewhere. We aren’t a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular shop where we keep busy with repairs and keeping things running for the folks nearby. Sometimes the desk is a bit cluttered with cables and half-opened laptops, but that is how work looks here. We see a lot of regulars from the neighborhood who just drop in for a quick chat or to ask a technical question. It’s nice being part of the Sunder Nagar community. The traffic in the Mandi can be a headache sometimes, especially in the mornings, but we are used to it by now. We just open up the shutters, get the tea going, and start looking at whatever came in the day before. There isn’t any corporate talk here. We just tell you what is wrong with the machine and try to get it back to you as soon as we can. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes every day. Most people find us just by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor.
