Our business, Macrosmart Private Limited, is located right on the Mandi Delhi Road in Moradabad. We are directly opposite the dharam kata, which is a landmark everyone in Manjhola knows. The plot number is 15/84/459. It is a busy area with a lot of trucks and noise, but it is where we have set up shop. Rama Nand Sharma’s son is the one who got this going, and we have been here for a good amount of time. We do tech work, though from the outside, you might not guess it is a software office. We do not have any of those fancy modern interiors. It is just a solid, practical place to work. We have a small team of dedicated people who know their way around computers. We handle a variety of technical tasks for our clients. We do not spend money on big ads or marketing campaigns. We think it is better to just focus on the work itself. If someone needs help with a system or some software, they usually find us through the address or by word of mouth. It is a very down-to-earth operation. We do not have big corporate meetings or anything like that. Usually, we just grab a quick lunch and get back to the screens. It is hard work, but it is what we know how to do. Being in Moradabad, especially in such a busy spot, keeps us connected to the real world while we work on digital things.
