Lamplighters Tech Private Limited

Lamplighters Tech Private Limited is located in Village Baghni, right in shops number 4 and 5. Our mail goes to the Sidhbari post office. We aren't in a big office complex; we've just taken over a couple of shop spaces and turned them into our workspace. It’s a bit different than a traditional office, but it works well for what we do. Being at the shop level means we're right there in the middle of the village activity. We see people going about their day all the time. It’s a grounded way to work. We don't have any of those vision statements or corporate slogans. We're just here to do our jobs. The space isn't huge, but we've made it comfortable enough with some desks and chairs. Sidhbari is a nice area, and Baghni has its own charm. We don't dress up for work; most of us just wear what’s comfortable. We focus on the tasks we have and try to get through them without too much fuss. It can get a little dusty being near the road, but we keep the place tidy enough. We're just a small private limited company trying to make things work from these two shops. It's a straightforward life. We don't try to impress anyone with fancy talk or expensive furniture. We just value having a steady place to work in a community we know. It's been a good experience so far.
