Singh Steel Fabricators

We are located right on Malerkotla Road. It is a busy stretch of road, and our shop is mostly open to the street so people can see what we are working on. We do all kinds of steel fabrication, mostly for trucks or farm equipment that passes by our door. It is heavy work. We spend our days welding, grinding, and painting metal. The floor is usually covered in iron dust and sparks fly whenever we are cutting through a thick pipe. It is not a quiet place at all. My father started this work and now we just keep it going as best as we can. We do not have a brochure or a price list. We just look at the job and give a price based on how much steel we use and how long it takes us. Sometimes people bring in old tractors that need a new frame or a hook welded back on. We use a lot of black paint to keep the rust away from the joints. It gets very hot in the summer under the tin roof, but we have a big fan that helps a little bit. We drink a lot of water and just keep at it. We do not do anything fancy, just solid welding that holds together through a lot of use. If you are driving down the road, you will see the stacks of pipes and sheets outside. That is us. We have been here for a long time.
