We are located right by the Gazole Bus Stand in Malda. If you know where the B.G.V. Bank is, we are just on the north side of that building on the first floor. It gets pretty loud outside sometimes with all the buses coming and going, but we've gotten used to it over the months. Most of the time, we are just sitting here at our desks handling whatever tech issues come through the door or over the phone. It's a plain office, nothing fancy to look at, just a bunch of chairs, tables, and computer screens. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just wait for the backup to kick in or take a short break for some tea. People around here know us as the guys upstairs from the bank. We started this because we knew our way around software and hardware and wanted to work close to home in West Bengal. It’s not a big corporate setup with a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just see one of us leaning over a monitor or talking to a client about a server problem. We keep our own hours mostly, though we try to be here when the bus stand area is at its busiest. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep and narrow, so you have to mind your step if you ever come by. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure things are running right for the local people.
