Naganpalle Mahila Producer Company Limited is based out of Naganpally village. It’s right beside the Gouda Community Hall. Most people know the spot. We are a group of local women working together on this. It isn’t some big fancy office with glass walls. We have a simple house, number 1-20. Pulkampalli post is just down the road. Ibrahimpatnam has its own pace and we fit right in. We spend our days dealing with the produce and the paperwork that comes with it. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, but that is just how it is in Rangareddi. Being next to the community hall means there is always some noise or people passing by. We started this because it made sense for the women here. It’s a lot of work to keep a producer company running in a village setting. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. We handle the collection and the members' needs as best as we can. The 501508 pincode is home. We know the farmers around here and they know us. It’s not about being the biggest, it’s about getting the work done every day without too much fuss. We’ve been here for a while now and the routine stays pretty much the same. If you come by, you’ll see us busy with something or the other, probably talking about the next harvest or some local logistics issue.
