Manyam Devarkadra Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of a simple place at H No 4-24. We are a group of farmers who decided to get together to make things a bit easier for everyone in our circle. Devarkadra is where we mostly belong and work. It isn't a big corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just us. We spend a lot of time talking about seeds, weather, and what prices are looking like at the market. Being a producer company means we have to handle a lot of government rules and paperwork which sometimes gets a bit confusing for us. But we manage it somehow. We use this house as our main point for meetings. Usually, there is someone around if you stop by, but we are often out in the fields too. It’s practical work. We don't have any big speeches to give. We just want to make sure the farmers involved get a fair deal for the hard work they put in all season. Sometimes the rains are good and sometimes they aren't, so having this company helps us stay organized together. We started this because doing it alone was getting harder every year. It’s a local effort by people who actually know how to farm. We keep our records here and try to keep everything running straight without any complications. We just take it one season at a time and do what we can.
