Gubbalamangamma Thalli Women Farmer Producer Company Limited is a bit of a long name, isn't it? We are a group of women farmers based in Vemsoor. Our office is located at Sri Shakthi Bhavan, which is part of the Mpdo Office Complex. It’s a busy spot in the village. We started this because we wanted to work together and help our families. Most of us have been farming since we were children. We don't have any fancy degrees or corporate training. We just know how to work the land. The office at Sri Shakthi Bhavan is where we meet to talk about our plans. It’s usually quite loud because we all have a lot to say. We don't use any marketing speak or try to sound like a big business. We are just local women trying to get a fair price for our crops. Being part of a producer company has helped us quite a bit. We share what we have and support each other when times are tough. Vemsoor is a good place to be, and the MPDO complex is easy for everyone to reach. We don't have a lot of money for fancy things, so our office is very simple. We have some benches and a few cupboards for our papers. It’s enough for us. We just keep working day by day and hope for good harvests every single season.
