You can find me over at house number 3-14 in Maredumandinne village. This part of Peddakothapally Mandal is mostly farms and quiet stretches of road. My setup is pretty basic, just a small space where I can handle my daily business and keep my records straight. Living and working in the same village means I’m always around if someone needs something. The days usually start quite early when the sun comes up and the birds start making a racket. There isn’t a lot of traffic around here, maybe just a tractor or a motorbike every now and then. I spend time going through files or meeting with people from the nearby houses who have questions. It’s the kind of place where you don’t really need a sign on the door because everyone knows where Shevya is. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the desk is cluttered with pens and scraps of paper where I’ve jotted down notes. Sometimes I have to travel to the district headquarters for paperwork, but mostly I stay right here in Maredumandinne. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up to a full day, from checking messages to organizing local events or services. It’s just a normal way of life out here in the district, keeping things running as best as I can from my little office.
