About Sevya Naik Nenavath – Tourism in Mahabub Nagar
My name is Sevya Naik Nenavath and I am based out of house 5-5 in Pedda Thanda. This village belongs to the Ganapur area in Achampet Mandal. I have been here my whole life, working the same land that my father did. It is a small place, and most of us here are just trying to get a good crop each season. We don't have any big corporate offices or mission statements. It is just about waking up early and getting the work done before it gets too hot to breathe. I spend most of my hours with my hands in the dirt or checking on the cattle. My family helps out where they can, and we all live together in the same house. When the harvest is ready, we take what we have to the market to see what we can get. Life in the Thanda is slow, and we are quite far from the nearest big town. We mostly rely on each other if something breaks or if someone gets sick. It is a hard way to live sometimes, especially when the rains are late, but we don't know any other way. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day ahead. There is always a fence that needs fixing or a field that needs water. It is just our life here. We don't ask for much, just some decent weather and a bit of peace.
