Mudavath Usharani

My name is Mudavath Usharani and I operate out of my home at H No 15-91 in Appaipally Village. This is part of the Lingala Mandal area. Living and working in a village means things move at a different pace than in the city. My house is easy to find if you are local. I handle various daily tasks and sometimes help neighbors with their needs. The space I use is just a regular room with a few chairs and a table. It is nothing like those big offices you see in the news. The walls have a few calendars on them, and the floor is just plain cement. During the day, you can hear the birds and the goats from the nearby houses. It is a peaceful place to be. I don't have a fancy business plan or any big goals other than doing a good job every day. People come by when they need something, and we sit and talk for a bit. It’s more of a community thing than a cold business transaction. The electricity can be a bit unreliable, so I have a torch ready for the evenings. I manage the paperwork by hand mostly. It’s a very straightforward way of life. I’ve been in Appaipally for a long time, so everyone knows where my house is. I just try to be helpful and keep things running smoothly. There is always a small stack of books and a pen on the corner of the table. Sometimes I walk down the street to stretch my legs when I've been sitting too long.
