Zara Communication Systems

We are up on the 2nd Floor at No 16 on Sambantha Moorthy Street. It is right in the Madurai H O area, so there is always a lot of noise from the street below. We have been running Zara Communication Systems from this spot for a while now. Getting up to the second floor is a bit of a climb, but the view of the street is okay. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have some counters, a few chairs for people to wait in, and a lot of wires and tools lying around. It is not a shiny showroom. It is more of a place where things actually get repaired and worked on. We deal with phones and networking stuff mostly. People come in with broken screens or signal problems, and we see what we can do. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, which can be annoying, but we tell people how it is. We do not use any fancy scripts when we talk to customers. We just explain the problem and tell them how much it might cost to fix. The stairs can be a bit dark in the evenings, but we are usually too busy to notice. It is a local business and we know a lot of the shopkeepers on Sambantha Moorthy Street. We just try to stay busy and do the work right without making things too complicated for anyone.
