We’ve been here at 20-A in Karthik Nagar for a while now. Most people around Pasupathi Nagar Extension know where to find us. It’s just a small setup doing info systems work. We deal with computers and the technical things businesses need to keep running. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the office when a lot of gear comes in. We started out just trying to help neighbors with their tech problems and it grew from there. It isn't a fancy glass building or anything. We just have our desks and plenty of cables everywhere. If you walk past the extension, you'll see our sign. People stop in mostly because they heard about us from someone else in the area. We don't do big advertisements. It’s just us working on servers and making sure the internet doesn't go down for folks. The humidity here can be a pain for the hardware, so we spend a lot of time cleaning out dust. It’s practical work. We show up, we look at what’s broken, and we try to get it fixed before the day ends. Nothing too complicated. We like the neighborhood. It's quiet enough to get work done but close to the main parts of town. Usually, one of us is around if you need to ask a quick question about a setup. We just keep our heads down and handle the tech stuff so local shop owners don't have to worry about it. We’ve got some spare parts stacked in the corner for emergencies too.
