Our office is right at No 3 in the Rani Mangammal Chaitram building. It is directly opposite the Madurai Railway Station, so we are in a very busy part of town. You can hear the trains and the announcements all day long from our door. Because we are so close to the station, we get a lot of people walking in right after they get off their train. They are usually tired and looking for a way to get to their hotel or to see the sights. We have been in this location for quite a few years. The office is small and filled with maps and travel brochures that have been there for a while. We spend our time arranging cars and vans for groups or individuals. It’s a constant flow of people, especially in the mornings when the big trains arrive. We just sit at the desks, take down the details, and call the drivers. The building itself has a lot of history, which is nice. We don't have a lot of modern stuff, just the basics to keep the business running. It gets dusty with all the traffic outside, but that's just part of being near the station. We like the energy of the area. People come to us because we are right there when they need a ride. We just give them a price and get them on their way as quickly as we can. It’s just how we run things here.
