Vasu Tours & Travels has its spot at No. E-27 in the Corporation Shopping Complex on T.P.K. Road. Being in a shopping complex means there is always a lot of activity around us. We see people coming and going for all sorts of errands every day. Our office is just one of many in the block, but we have been here long enough that people know where to find us. T.P.K. Road is a major route in Madurai, so it is easy for our drivers to get to where they need to go. We do not have any glossy brochures or a big marketing department. We just have our office and our cars. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in while they are doing their other shopping. It is a straightforward business. We look at the schedule, assign the drivers, and make sure everything is ready for the next day. Sometimes the complex gets really busy on weekends, but we just manage it as it comes. We are just local folks trying to run a decent travel service. We have seen the city change a lot from this office window over the years. We do not try to be anything we are not. We just show up every morning and do our work.
