Travelinn Tours & Travels

Our travel office is at No 18 on Pattarakara Street in Goripalayam. If you know where the North Gate Hotel is, we are just right behind it. It is a central part of Madurai and things are always moving around here. Travelinn Tours & Travels is run from this simple ground-floor space. We have been here for a good while. The office is mostly just desks, phones, and some old chairs for when the drivers come in to chat. It’s not a very fancy setup, but it serves our purpose for managing tours and trips. We stay quite busy with phone calls and people asking about vehicle availability. Sometimes the street gets blocked up with traffic, which can be a bit of a headache for our cars, but we manage. Our staff is local and we’ve all lived in Madurai most of our lives. We don't have any big corporate rules. We just handle the bookings as they come and try to stay organized. It gets a bit messy with all the paperwork on the desks, but that’s just how we work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big office. We just focus on the actual work of getting people from one place to another. It’s a honest, everyday kind of business. We like being in Goripalayam because it is close to everything we need. It’s a plain and simple operation.
