The Universal Holidz

The Universal Holidz is our travel office located at No 53 on Bharathiyar Main Road. We are right here in Madurai 625001. It is a busy main road with a lot of shops and traffic passing by all day long. We have been in this same spot for a while and we are quite used to the noise. The office itself is pretty simple, just a place for us to sit and work on holiday bookings. We don't have any big flashy signs, just our name on the window. Working on Bharathiyar Main Road means we are easy to get to, which is helpful. We focus on the small details of travel, which means a lot of time spent on the phone and filling out forms. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power cuts out, but we always manage to get things done. We are not a big company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small local group who knows the travel business well. We have seen Madurai change a lot from our spot at No 53 over the years. It is a straightforward life running a shop like this. We don't have any fancy goals or mission statements. We just show up every morning, open the door, and help whoever comes in. That is how we have always done things.
