Svs Tours & Travels is located at No 5 in the Karupatti Chatram area of Madurai 625001. We have been operating out of this small office for quite some time. It is a very basic setup, just a room where we handle travel bookings and talk to people who stop by. Being in Karupatti Chatram means we are right in the middle of a busy neighborhood. We have a few vehicles that we use for tours and trips. We try to keep them clean and running well, which is a full-time job in itself. This is a local business and we aren't part of any big chain. It is just a few of us working here every day. Sometimes the street gets very crowded and noisy, but that is just how Madurai is. We don't have a fancy website or a big advertising budget. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. We use a simple notebook to keep track of our bookings. It’s not high-tech, but it works for us. We’ve lived in this city for a long time and we know how to get around. If you need a car for a trip, we are usually around the office at No 5. We don't make any big promises. We just do the work and try to stay organized.
