Subamcabs

We operate out of Shantha Illam, which is at No 1/379 in the Madurai North area. It’s more of a residential feeling spot over here in Siva Nagar, Tirumalpuram. Being near Yadhava Womens College means we see a lot of students and parents around this part of town. Subamcabs is basically just us running a few cars to help people get around. It isn't a big operation with hundreds of vehicles. We keep it small so we can actually remember who is calling. Sometimes people need a ride early in the morning for a train, and we have to make sure someone is awake and ready to go. The North side of Madurai is a bit different from the main city center, but it still gets busy enough. We spend a lot of time checking the oil and making sure the drivers haven't forgotten their way. It’s a simple life running a taxi service from a house like Shantha Illam. We don't have any shiny brochures or fancy websites to show off. Usually, it is just word of mouth that brings people to us. We know the roads around Tirumalpuram like the back of our hand. If someone needs to get to the city or back home after a long day, they know where to find us. We just take it one day at a time here.
