We’ve been here in Anuppanady for a while now. The office is right at No 5/343, which is pretty easy to find once you get near the Rajiv Gandhi Nagar area. Most people just look for the Anuppanady Bus Stand and we are just right there nearby. We spend most of our days answering the phone and figuring out which driver is free to go where. It gets busy, especially when the weather is hot and everyone wants a car with good air conditioning. Our cars aren't brand new luxury models, but they work fine and we keep them clean enough for daily trips. Sometimes the traffic in Madurai makes things run late, which is just how it is here. We try to tell the drivers to be on time, but the roads near the bus stand get jammed up quite a bit. It is just a small local setup here. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that, just a desk and some chairs where we sit and manage the bookings. If someone needs to go to the station or maybe a temple visit, they usually just drop by or give a call. We know the routes around Madurai 625009 pretty well by now. It’s mostly about getting people where they need to go without too much fuss. We just keep doing what we do every day, making sure the petrol is filled and the drivers know where they are going.
