Sree Meenakshi Traders

Sree Meenakshi Traders is located at No. 44 on Jeeva Nagar 1st Street in Jaihindpuram. It is a local neighborhood and we have been part of the community for a while. The street is quite narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes if you have a big vehicle. We have a small storefront where we keep our goods. It is mostly sacks and boxes stacked up against the walls. We don’t have fancy lighting or glass display cases here. People just come in and ask for what they need for the day. We spend our day weighing things out on the scales and talking to the regulars. Sometimes the kids from the street run past and make a lot of noise while they play. It’s a lively place. We usually have the radio playing some old songs in the background while we work. The shop is a bit dark inside, but we know where every single item is kept. We don't use a lot of computers here; it's mostly paper bills and a cash drawer. We try to keep things as simple as possible. Dealing with the suppliers is a big part of the job, making sure the truck can actually get down the street to unload. It is just honest work. We open early and close when the street gets quiet at night. We aren't trying to be the biggest place, just a reliable one for the people living nearby.
