Our office is over in Tallakulam at 12/19 Perumal Kovil Street. It’s right near the Perumal Koil temple, which is a big local landmark everyone knows. We run Sptravels.Com from this small building. The space is pretty basic, just some chairs and desks for the staff. We spend the whole day on the phone or on the computer, dealing with travel plans for people. It is a local operation through and through. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big sign. It’s more of a place where we just handle the day-to-day business of travel. Sometimes the office gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. We have a small group of people working here. Everyone knows their job. We manage vehicle bookings and help people figure out their trips. It’s not always easy, especially when there are cancellations or changes, but we do what we can. The street outside can be busy during temple festivals, which makes things interesting. We like being in this part of Madurai. It feels like home to us. We just focus on the practical side of things, like checking schedules and confirming trips. There are no big meetings here, just us working and making sure the business keeps running smoothly. It is a straightforward way to earn a living. We keep it simple and try to be consistent.
