We are located at No 12/19 on Perumal Kovil Street in the Tallakulam area of Madurai. The Perumal Kovil temple is right nearby, so that is how most people find our office. It is a quiet enough street but close to the main parts of town. At Spbus.In, we mainly deal with bus bookings and travel arrangements. The office is just a simple room where we have our computers and phones set up. It isn't anything special to look at, just a place to get the work done. We spend most of our shift answering questions about bus timings and routes. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait, which can be annoying when we are busy. We have a few staff members who handle the tickets and the customer calls. We try to keep everything organized, but it can get a bit cluttered with papers when there are many bookings at once. We like the neighborhood here. Being near the temple means there is always some activity. We are just regular people working a regular job. We don’t have any big corporate goals, we just want to make sure the bus tickets are sorted and people get their seats. It’s a practical business. We’ve been here for a while and the routine is the same every day. We just keep at it and handle the bookings as they come through.
