Soft Skill Trainer, Hr Administrator, Counsellor, ..

I've been working out of this spot at 501/A6 Srirengapalayam Street for a while now. Most people find us because we are right behind G.V. Ortho Hospital here in Rajapalayam. It's a quiet enough corner of the Virudhunagar district. The work involves a lot of different things like soft skills training and helping out with HR admin tasks. Sometimes people come by for counseling too. It’s mostly just sitting down with folk and talking through things or handling the paperwork side of a business. The office isn't fancy, just a practical space where we get things done. We see a lot of different people throughout the week. Some are looking for advice on how to handle their staff better and others are just trying to improve how they speak or carry themselves at work. It gets pretty hot in this part of Tamilnadu, so we keep the fans going all day. There is usually a bit of noise from the street outside but nothing too distracting. We just open up in the morning, deal with whoever walks in or has an appointment, and try to keep things moving. It is a local operation, nothing corporate about it. We’ve been in this building for some time and the neighbors know us. It’s just how things go here. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to file something. Most of the day is spent talking and listening to whoever comes through the door.
