Experience

Experience is tucked away in the Shanthi Nikethan Appartment in Annanagar, Madurai. We are at A 32. It’s an apartment, so it doesn’t feel like those cold glass offices you see in the movies. We like the vibe here because it stays relatively quiet, which is good for focusing on what we need to get done. Madurai is a busy city, but our little corner in Annanagar is okay. We’ve been here for a bit now. The space is filled with books, some old computers, and plenty of pens that never seem to work when you need them. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy. Most people find us because they know someone who knows us. It’s more about the work than the image. We spend our days handling whatever comes across the desk. Sometimes it's a lot, sometimes it's slow. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the news during breaks. It is a very normal way to spend a workday. We don’t have fancy titles or a dress code. Most of the time, we are just in casual clothes, trying to stay cool in the heat. It’s a practical place for practical people. We don't try to make things complicated. We just do the job as best as we can and keep moving forward. It works for us and our small team.
