Inside, it is mostly people on headsets and computers. We handle a lot of different processes here, so the floor can get quite noisy with everyone talking at once. We have shifts running at different times, so there are always people coming and going. The canteen is where most of us hang out during breaks to get some food or tea. It’s a pretty standard workplace where people work hard and try to meet their targets for the day. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. Just desks, computers, and a lot of work to get through. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, so many of us keep sweaters at our desks even when it's hot outside. We’ve got a good group of people who have been working together for a long time. It feels less like a big corporation and more like a local job once you get to know everyone. We just show up, do our shifts, and head home to our families in Madurai. It’s a steady place to work and the neighbors are friendly enough.
