We are located at Plot Number 12 in V.O.C Nagar, which is part of the Thirumalpuram area in Madurai. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood with a lot of houses, so it does not feel like a busy business district. Our office is essentially a small, plain room where we handle all of our HR tasks. We have been working from this address for several years now. When we first started, it was just one old desk and a single telephone. These days we have a few more pieces of furniture and a couple more people. We spend our work days looking through stacks of resumes and talking to people who are trying to find employment in Madurai or other parts of Tamil Nadu. It is all very basic. We do not have a big glowing sign outside, just a small painted one near the front gate. Most of our clients find us through word of mouth or because they live in the same colony. The weather here in Madurai can get incredibly hot in the afternoon, so we usually keep the windows shut to stay cool. It is a small team of maybe three of us working together. We are not trying to become the biggest agency in the state. We just want to make sure the folks who come to us get a fair chance at a job. It is honest work that we are used to. Sometimes we stay late, but mostly we just go home.
